Expected behavior Hello, After completing the renewal offer proposed at 179€, I still have not received your offer to renew my subscription to MDB. I have made several requests and in general, you respond quickly to messages. Is there a problem?

Hello Maja,

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the Black Quater offer, I filled out the offer and I was supposed to receive an offer 45 minutes later. I have not received any offer from MDB. Thinking that my mail was perhaps lost, I renewed the request 3 times, and I am still without a response. Today I received a new last chance offer from Filip Kapusta to renew my subscription. I do not understand what is happening after 3 requests and still no response from MDB. I am sending you a copy of the email received this morning 21.11.2024 at 10:17 to certify the proposal received from MDB. So what should I do to renew my subscription, if no one answers?
