Expected behavior Tooltips should work

Actual behavior Tooltips are not working properly

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)

In general over the last versions almost no bugs have been fixed. There is still the major bug in stepper control (for over 4 months, etc). In general I encountered lots of minor bugs all around MDB5.

I am very disappointed with the quality - please do one version where you only fix bugs!!!
