Expected behavior Add new feature populates row and provides check box and cancel circle
Actual behavior blank row populates but check box and cancel circle show as square icon and are not functional
the pagination navigation and the action buttons appear as squares and are non functional. It is an intermittent problem that goes away with refreshing the page. But it is still an issue.

Thank you for reporting this. Could you tell me how to reproduce this error? Does it occur under any conditions or randomly?
Does any console error appear? It looks like some styles failed to load.

it occurs randomly I am not sure how to reproduce the error. There are no console errors

What do you mean by square icons and not functional? Does it look and work like in the documentation in your code?
