Hello, I have continued requesting the cancellation of the membership and I receive no response from you. I do not use your services any more. Please, cancel my subscription, and acknowledge doing so. I have loved your product, but I no longer use it. I would appreciate if you cancelled my subscription once and for all. This is not the first time, I request the same.
