recompiling rtl css

There is probably no better option than recompiling. You can try using our webpack starter https://github.com/mdbootstrap/mdb-webpack-starter and install something like rtl-css-transform-webpack-plugin. Then add it to webpack/webpack.common.js and finally recompile.

Documentation for this webpack starter or adding rtl-css-transform-webpack-plugin? I think that webpack starter is pretty good described on github. As for adding rtl-css-transform-webpack-plugin, we don't have documentation for that.
