Hi,
This is my second support ticket requesting a refund and cancellation of the renewal.
I was not aware of the automatic renewal at the full price of $649. I would have appreciated an email reminder of the renewal, and I would have cancelled at that point.
I read the Refund Policy on your website. This refund request is valid as it is under 14 days, and I have not downloaded the new package version.
I'm sorry if I sound a little rude or rushed in this and the previous email. This money was reserved for bills that are due the first week of December.
