Expected behavior I am trying to cancel my annual subscription, since I am not using it anyway.
Actual behavior after hitting the cancellation-button: nothing happens
Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.) simply my browser and your (this) portal

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to cancel your subscription. Our developers are already working on fixing the issue.
I’ve gone ahead and canceled your subscription manually - from now on, you will no longer be charged for access to MDB premium features.
Please note that without an active subscription you won’t be able to use the MDB UI Kit anymore.
