Topic: mdb Card
Expected behavior The card h-100 function is not working when the card is placed inside the form tag. I need the form tag to submit to post the form, when the button is clicked. Actual behavior Please provide a solution for the card to be equal height, when it is placed inside the form tag.

To use card with form tag you can:
- put all your cards inside one form tag: https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/standard/kpienkowska/3981611
