I would like to have the same material design look. that exists on label input to a div. Floating title of a block with border, like it appear on input on focus, Would that be possible?

If I understand correctly you want to have a div that will have a label similar to our inputs?

It is possible to achieve such an effect, but we are not planning to add such a component at the moment. In our inputs, it is quite complicated logic requiring a lot of JS code. You can analyze this code and try to create your own solution based on it.
