Topic: Fixed background scroll not working on Iphone/Ipad.

Hi there, I am not very knowledgeable on the css/bootstrap/front-end side, and I am having an issue viewing a fixed background image on at least iphone/Ipad. Not sure if there is a way to get it to display the image not zoomed in?? Any help is appreciated.

Scroll down on mobile device, fixed background should be displayed properly and statically while scrolling down.

Zoomed in static image is displayed.
