Topic: Dropdown opens and then closes straight away
Expected behavior Clicking a dropdown initiator (eg. a tag) should open the dropdown and it stays open until you click on it again, so that you can actually use the items in the dropdown
Actual behavior On clicking the a tag, it opens and then immediately closes again
