Topic: Collapse function moves DIV around when transitioning
Expected behavior When you click on the persons name there should be a smooth opening of the collapsed div. This happens the first time you click on it. When you click on a different person with the div open it should transition to a new collapsed div smoothly.
Actual behavior
The transition jumps across the screen from left to right and then lands in the middle.

Can you check those OS settings and confirm that the animations are not turned off?
OSX: Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion
IOS: System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Reduce Motion
Windows: Settings > Ease of Access > Show animations in Windows
