Hello Support,
I would like to suspend my purchased package this year. I have tried to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, I am unable to do so because I cannot click on anything in this block.
Could you perhaps help me with this? The package runs until the end of the month, then I do not want to extend it. How can I cancel it?
Could you please send me the payment invoice? It has been in 'processing' status for 4 hours, even though the payment went through.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced.
Your MDBootstrap subscription has been canceled successfully. From now on, you will no longer be charged for access to MDB premium features, and the package will not be extended after the end of the current billing period.
Regarding the invoice - I have already contacted our accounting department and asked them to send you the payment invoice as soon as possible.
