Topic: Cancel subscription
Hi,
I have just been debited for the renewable of my subscription and I was not aware the subscription was set to "auto renewal" by default. I didn't event receive a notification email before the debit to warn me about the auto renewal.
My question: is it possible to be refunded as I will not have time to use MDB products ? Any accounting support email I can write to?
