Topic: BUG: onboarding scrolling issue with top nav
Expected behavior I expect the onboarding plugin to be smart enough to not scroll to a target behind a top navigation.
Actual behavior onboarding plugin scrolls targets to the top of the page even if they are hidden behind a top navigation.
