Bootstrap doesn't allow more than one instance per element

Topic: Bootstrap doesn't allow more than one instance per element

Trying to get a simple dropdown running. Taking a look at the docs at https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/components/dropdowns/ I put together this page https://printing.directmailers.com/temp/mbd/index.html

I am having an issue where when I click away from the drop down and it no longer has focus it does not close.

The error "selector-engine.js:67 Bootstrap doesn't allow more than one instance per element. Bound instance: bs.button." is also thrown
