Topic: Deployment of React Pro application on GitHub
Christian Aichner pro asked 5 years ago
Hi there!
Do you know a workflow that allows for application deployment to GitHub gh-pages without including the MDB React Pro library on GitHub. (Just hosting the library is not possible due to the MDB Pro license)
Currently, we just exclude mdbreact-4.19.0.tgz
from our GitHub repository using .gitignore
- which is the right way stated by MDB support.
The only way we see, is hosting the application on our own servers - which costs alot of server-ressources & money.
I am a big fan of open-source software, which is (besides the costs) why we would never set our repositories to private.
Is it possible to load the MDB React Pro package externally when deploying without including it in our Open-Source project?
Best regards, Chris

Hi,
According to our license, you can't publish Pro versions of our products.
You can use a private repository and deploy it.
Unfortunately, I don't know the solution to this problem.
Also, if your product uses only Free components from MDBReact
you can deploy it.
Best regards.
