Expected behavior Animations work

Actual behavior Animations don't work

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)

It doesn't seem to be working on your demo page anymore, either (Examples & Customization): https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/react/css/animations/

Hi,

Best,
Piotr

Similar issue: Seems like the last update to MDB Pro 4.8.9 has caused some trouble with the wow effect. wow elements are now fired on page load and not when the element scrolls into view. Tested on Mac and Linux, both Firefox and Chrome. Just check https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/css/animations/#animations-on-scroll Would be great to see this working again! Thank you, Thomas

I realize that you have managed to fix the issue at https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/jquery/css/animations/#animations-on-scroll Could you give us a hint how you did it? Thank you! Thomas

Any news on this? Could you just supply us with an updated version of mdb.js, that you are using on mdbootstrap.com from a week ago?

webshapers pro premium priority commented 5 years ago

I was able to "fix" the issue by simply adding wow.js after mdb.js. Not a very satisfying solution, though...

Another solution might be to take a look at the mdbWow function in mdb.js around line 14575. I have commented out the following lines and everything works again: /* if ($this.css('visibility') === 'visible') { return; } */

jQuery team is working on wow.js but the next release will be for 2 weeks more.
