Well, guys, as a new customer I'm very disappointed with the customer support provided. In fact, it's impossible to contact you directly without using this forum. Please see the video attached showing how I was trying to get through multiple ambiguous web pages to customer support form and failed to do so.

Also, mdbootstrap.com is extremely slow! I can't even sign into my newly created account.

I'm not able to post a new question because Specify MDB Version
drop-down is empty and it's a required field. So I ask here if you guys don't mind:
mdb.min.js takes 412 KB!! That's extremely large for a simple landing page. How to reduce it? I'm using webpack.

I think this is because they are based in poland, and likely have their servers hosted there. Which would make sense why I (in the US) also experience a very slow website.

Probably, you're right, but I'm in Russia, which is pretty close to Poland :(

Thank you for your report. We need to take a closer look at this issue. Could you please provide us with the details of the browser you're using (version) and browser addons?
Also, you need to know that for some time now we were facing massive and aggressive DDoS attacks on our servers, which cause all the problems with the website loading speed. We're aware of this, and already doing our best to get rid of the aggressors.

Thanks for your comment. I use Firefox 71.0 (64-bit) with uBlock Origin under macOS Catalina.

@andrew8712 please clear the cache before creating a new ticket now.
Regarding contact form, we tested it and we couldn't reproduce your problem. If you could try it in an incognito mode, we could exclude browser plugins as a reason for this.
However, if that still doesn't work, you can write to us directly at contact@mdbootstrap.com.
