Topic: timepicker sitting behind a tabs-wrapper

When I pull up a timepicker with $(".timepicker").pickatime({ twelvehour: true }); and click on the input box, the timepicker clock comes up behind the tabs-wrapper. I'm trying to push it forward with z-index on picker__box, it won't work. Can you give any hints as to how to make this behave properly?
