Missing in skin css:

.md-form.md-outline .select-wrapper+label.active {
    transform: translateY(-33px);
    z-index: 3;
}

Hi,

I tried to fix that bug but I don't see the problem, I can't reproduce one. Would you show me any demo or screenshot of the bad display because of missing this CSS?
