I have moved to MDBPro from another framework, and my selects are not showing at all. Just the label and no select button. Here is the info: My head: <link rel="stylesheet" href="/public/css/font-awesome.min.css"> <link href="/public/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet"/> <link href="/public/css/mdb.min.css" rel="stylesheet"> <link href="/public/css/style.css" rel="stylesheet"> My select: <select class="mdb-select" id="select"> <option disabled selected>-- Select Team --</option> <option>1</option> <option>2</option> </select> My js includes: <script type="text/javascript" src="/public/js/jquery-3.2.1.min.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="/public/js/popper.min.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="/public/js/bootstrap.min.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="/public/js/mdb.min.js"></script>

Hi there Ohmer, Thanks for reaching out! Hiding select inputs is desired behavior, as it helps to bring around the material select appearances. Naturally, this might not be what you want for your project, but have no fear. If there are some other solutions you want to use (let's say some outside select elements), now you can decide about what you really need and leave out the rest. Its not that the inputs are hidden, it is that the whole item doesnt exist in browser.

Hi there Ohmer, It is rather unusual. Are you sure you have initialized your select element in your .js input the way it's described in thematerial select documentation? With Best Regards, Kuba

It's not showing in my case aswell. Got mdb pro few days ago, everything that i tried yet works just fine but select with class mdb-select is not working. I have imported prokit with .forRoot() function so i guess i dont need separate import. Using angular 7.
