Expected behavior Page loads then you view

Actual behavior Page starts to load comes up with a loader icon spinning then a progress bar goes about 98 percent to the end and stops but takes its good old time getting there. Then never actually finishes just sits there - it only happens on iOS devices I have updated everything I can cleared cache and restarted nothing happens. Just sits there and spins - loading

How can we reproduce this issue?

I am trying to find the conflict between iOS and the browser - it has to be a javaScript error. I have passed this on to the programming team will let you know or comeback to you if not resolved.
