iOS 9 support

cdenby pro asked 6 years ago

I'm finding multiple errors when I test my website on an older iOS device. can't find bootstrap.js.map Unexpected identifier SCROLLING_NAVBAR_OFFSET_TOP (mdb.js:14848) TypeError $(".button-collapse").sideNav is not a function Can't find variable toastr $(this).materialSelect is not a function

Am I out of luck trying to support these devices? Or is there some workaround I can employ to get them supported?

The bootstrap map errors can be fixed by opening bootstrap.min.css and bootstrap.min.js and scrolling all the way to the bottom and deleting the commented out last lines. For bootstrap.min.css the last line is /*# sourceMappingURL=bootstrap.min.css.map */ for bootstrap.min.js it is //# sourceMappingURL=bootstrap.min.js.map

Deleting those lines I get no warnings or errors in chrome (Version 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)), safari (Version 12.1 (14607.1.40.1.4) or firefox quantum developers edition (67.0b6 (64-bit))

The other errors of "is not a function" I believe is less an ios9 issue than a configuration of the javascript files. Either the script load order (query...popper...bootstrap...mdb).
