I can find no other way to inform you that you've billed me twice for the MDB Pro upgrade.

I entered the order and hit submit...it delayed for several minutes then reported "Gateway Failure".

So I repeated it. Almost at the same time I received responses for TWO orders:

[Order #119196] (May 28, 2020)and[Order #119197] (May 28, 2020)

Please reverse one of these and let me know via email at

the address on file with my registration.

Isn't there any other way to report billing problems?
