Topic: Date Formatting Error

I'm using the mdbootstrap date control, so that a user can enter a start end end date and time.  It's working perfectly when the form is being submitted from a desktop, but when a user is submitting the form from their mobile phone (it's a responsive website), then an error is thrown.
