Topic: Custom skin and NPM
We are using NPM to install the MDB dependency, however the instructions for creating a custom skin is to modify _custom-skin.scss which is contained in the node_modules folder.
We do not want to modify this file in the node_modules folder because that would mean we wouldn't be able to update mdb ever again and also we would have to start checking in code in node_modules to source control instead of simply installing it with NPM.
Can you please let me know how we can use a custom skin without modifying any files in the NPM install directory itself?

Hi there, unfortunately, right now it is the only way to add the custom skin (https://mdbootstrap.com/css/skins/#custom) Best, Anna
