Hi I'm not able to login with my email and password... can you please advise

We had a small issue with our servers and now it should work. Try to log in using the mdb login command and tell if it is working now.

no I'm still getting this error
I think there is something wrong with my password...I tried to reset it and that didn't work either. Please advise.
