Stepper css

incutoStaff asked 6 years ago

I have added height 100% to .stepper li a this strikes me as a good universal change to ensure stepper numbers stay level even when the text over runs. I can't see a down side. What do you think? (red lines are just for illustration purposes).

height 100%:

Hi incutoStaff,

Thanks for your contribution. Your example looks nice and will probably serve you well. I assume you wanted to suggest changing its default value of our package. Well, You can modify how certain MDB component looks at your will and changing default height value of this element could be misleading for some developers. Because you can add content to all these steps some developers might want to make one "step number" bigger or smaller. There are plenty of possibilities and as you can see some are effective and easy to implement like your height: 100% on a. I suggest adding class to an "a" and style the class instead of plain element value becouse this is a good practice.

I am sure some people looking for this example will find your post helpful.

Best Regards, Piotr
