Topic: Fluid modal right

Hi guys, I love the fluid modal dialog that has the "right" feature - it's positioned perfectly on the right side of the workspace. However, whenever the modal dialog is opened, the other components on the workspace get grey and I can't manipulate them until the modal form is closed.

Is there any chance to use all the features of the "modal form on the right" except "modal". I would like to have a panel that is just a "normal" component, it just overlaps the other components on the workspace, is positioned on the right, consumes full height of the workspace but does NOT prevent me from working with other components on the screen. Also it should not close when I click outside the panel (like the modal one does).
