Is it possible to sort a table on a nested property? My table data follows this basic format:

{
    due_date: '2018-10-19'
    employee: {
        first_name: 'John'
        last_name: 'Doe
    }
    ...
}

I would like to sort the table on employee.first_name. I am sorting by the header name, and I named the table header for the employee's first name "employee.first_name" and it doesn't seem to be able to sort the table data.
