Expected behavior

The with class="select-arrow" should be clickable.

Actual behavior

It's not clickable, to drop down the select you have to click anywhere inside the bounds of the select EXCEPT the arrow. Many users will be drawn to click the arrow and be unable to do so.

Additionally you cannot set the placeholder of the search filter text input. Or at the very least there's no instructions as to how to do so.
