@iqitlab Do you use MDB4 Angular (angular-bootstrap-md or ng-uikit-pro-standard) or MDB5 Angular (mdb-angular-ui-kit`)?

You mentioned MDB5 Angular in the specification of this issue, in this product mdb-checkbox does not have default input.
