The double navigation does not display correctly on Firefox. The current version MDB PRO 4.4.0-dev is showing scroll bars on the sidenav. You can see the issue here if you go to the link in firefox: https://mdbootstrap.com/previews/docs/latest/html/navigation/side-nav-fixed-navbar-fixed.html
