I'm trying to put a modal in my site, but the data-backdrop is inside of all elements:

 

 

How can i fix this?

I get the same error with the jquery package...

I think I fixed it.  The bootstrap.css has the z-index too high, it was z-index: 1040.  Once I changed that it works fine!

Update:  Actually what fixed the problem for me is to remove it from within the sticky class div element and put the modal part at the bottom of the page.
