I just have a question around the newly updated version of mdb angular ui kit, we were on version 6 before and have now upgraded to v 9.1.0. we noticed the styling of white and black buttons have been removed from the theme styling output, previously it generated styles for colors white and black i.e .btn-white and .btn-dark had css rules linked to them, but the new release these have been removed, I know white and dark was never in the documentation i just wanted to find out whether that was an active decision made by the team to remove them or exclude them?

I'm not sure I understand what you're referring to. Could you provide more details or an example?

In v8.0.0 we've completely rebuilt the theming system. In the old system, some component styles were overriden, now we only dynamically update CSS variables. This may be the reason for the difference you're seeing.

so in the _buttons.scss file in the assets/scss/bootstrap and also in assets/scss/free folder there was a @each loop which generated classes based on $theme-colors variable to create the css classes for btn-primary, btn-secondary, btn-light, btn-dark for example and they also have additional subclasses for hover selected states etc. In V6 btn-white and btn-black classes were also present when you import the mdb styles to your app, after the upgrade to V9 that .btn-white and .btn-black classes have been removed from the compiled styles file now when i do an import. I did a delta between the styles.css file for the app before and after the upgrade. I just wanted to find out was white and black removed from being generated with that themeing rework which happened in v8 as you said, we just want to know cause one of our custom components built on top of mdb was using btn-white css class from mdb and just noticed it was no longer there after the upgrade.
