I'm trying to install angular pro version via npm, but cant login (https://git.mdbootstrap.com/profile/personal_access_tokens) to get the token. Ho do I need a login? I emailed the contact email address, but can't get a response.

I also need an access key. Pro styles are not being applied in my existing project.

I also ordered the PRO version but I only can find the .zip download. How can I request a token to install the pro version with npm?

I have the exact same problem, I asked for a login to the Git Repo but didn't get any credentials
