I've been trying to cancel this subscription since we never used it. Somehow it keeps coming back and now is 2 years of this charges for software I'm not using. What is the resolution step.

I never got a renewal email prior to the charges and your cancellation screen doesn't work. Can you please cancelling my account and refund the money?
