Topic: Can I please get a refund and cancellation of renewal?
I apologize for using this form for a billing issue. However, this renewal was processed a couple weeks ago when I was out on vacation. I have emailed both contact@mdboostrap.com (on 7/8) and hello@mdbootstrap.com (on 7/15) with this request and have not received a reply. I don't know how else to send this request.
We moved our website platform to Kentico XbyK in December 2025 and no longer use bootstrap on our website at all. Can I please get a refund and cancellation of the renewal?
