Expected behavior No email support, unable to cancel auto-renew, unable to access account (until now through another employee).

Actual behavior Your system auto-renewed a subscription we didn't want, please refund it.

The emails were sent way before the automatic renewal at multiple different days, no answers.

I’ve now cancelled the auto-renewal on your subscription and processed a refund for order #153772. Depending on your payment provider, the refund should appear in your account within a few business days.

We’ll also investigate the email delivery issue from our side to prevent this from happening again in the future.
