Topic: No email support given to cancel auto-renew
Expected behavior No email support, unable to cancel auto-renew, unable to access account (until now through another employee).
Actual behavior Your system auto-renewed a subscription we didn't want, please refund it.
The emails were sent way before the automatic renewal at multiple different days, no answers.
