Topic: MDB usage rights
I’ve purchased an advanced license and have a question regarding the usage rights.
The License.txt says:
You are entitled to use MDB software as long as your subscription is active. We offer subscription periods of 1 year on our website. For enterprises, we are also offering longer subscription periods that are custom quoted. If the subscription is canceled or lapsed, your rights to use the Product will cease.
What does this exactly mean?
Can I not longer use the MDB components in my project, when the subscription has expired? Or am I not allowed to create new projects using MDB, but can continue using the components in my existing project? Or does it simply mean I won’t receive any further updates, but can continue to use the version I already have bought in any project, existing or new?

with the Advanced license, the right to use MDB is strictly tied to an active subscription. This means that:
- You may continue to use the components you have already implemented in your existing projects.
- However, once your subscription expires, you are not allowed to create any new projects with MDB.
- You will also no longer receive further updates, new releases, or premium support.
If you would like to keep using MDB in new projects and ensure access to updates and support, you will need to renew your subscription.
