Hi Team,

I am looking to resolve an incident where it appears that I was double charged on a license renewal from MDBootstrap.

Back in February, we began to receive messages that one of our subscriptions couldn’t renew due to out of date payment information, the order in question is MDB #154948. We received multiple messages regarding this from February 3, 2026 until February 13, 2026 On February 13th, I updated the payment information on the account and attempted to renew our existing license by clicking on the link in one of the e-mails that we had previously received. I then received a confirmation e-mail that appears to have backdated itself to February 3, 2026 even though I only completed the order on February 13th. Upon receiving our credit card bill, it appears that we were charged 2 times for this license. After checking our account, it appears that we were also charged for a license on February 14th with the order # 155119 (screenshot below) however we never received any e-mail indicating this. When I check our Subscriptions tab in our account, I see the license however it does not even indicate an end date as the other license has.

If I could get some clarification on this extra charge, it would be appreciated.
